This new provision has removed paragraph 652 Section One of Indian Railway Commercial Rules. Earlier, according to this provision, the passengers could sleep from nine in the night to six in the morning.

In this regard, the Railways is now giving a new facility. By calling 139 you can activate the backup call-destination alert. When your station arrives, the railway will wake you up and wake up.
The timing for booking tatkal will also be changed. A tatkal window for AC coach will be open between 10 am and 11 am while for sleeper coach it will be open from 11 am to 12 pm.
Waiting list will come to an end for Suvidha trains. Tickets shall be issued only for confirmed and RAC passengers accommodation. There shall be no provision for waiting list in the train.

The number of coaches on Rajdhani and Shatabdi trains will be increased.
Rajdhani and Shatabdi trains will have paperless tickets. Mobile tickets will be valid on these trains. Railways will also start ticket booking on various language. Premium trains will come to an end.
Now IRCTC website will also be available in 15 other languages. Along with that, all premium trains have been ended.
